SaferWatch and Punch Rescue Announce Partnership to Strengthen Connected Emergency Response

New integration connects Punch Rescue’s resilient emergency response infrastructure with the SaferWatch public safety and incident management platform

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – August 28, 2026SaferWatch, a comprehensive public safety and incident management platform connecting organizations with law enforcement and emergency response agencies, today announced a new integration partnership with Punch Rescue, a provider of wearable panic buttons and emergency response technology.

The integration expands the SaferWatch ecosystem by providing organizations with another option for connecting wearable panic button technology directly into the public safety and emergency response workflows serving their communities.

Through the integration, emergency alerts initiated through the Rescue Platform can be connected with the SaferWatch platform, helping critical information reach the appropriate public safety personnel and supporting greater coordination from initial activation through emergency response.

“Strong emergency response depends on systems being able to communicate with one another,” said Sam Ambrose, SVP of Sales & Channel Partners at SaferWatch. “Our partnership with Punch Rescue gives organizations another way to connect reliable panic alert technology directly into the broader public safety ecosystem. By integrating our platforms, we can help ensure critical information gets into the hands of the people responsible for responding when every second matters.”

Punch Rescue designed its platform around the belief that emergency technology should work together. Rather than requiring schools and organizations to replace existing investments, Rescue is building an open ecosystem that allows its resilient hardware and emergency communication infrastructure to integrate with the platforms customers and first responders already rely on.

“In an emergency, the last thing you want to worry about is whether the Wi-Fi is overloaded or you are in a cellular dead zone,” said Greg Artzt, CEO and Co-Founder of Punch Rescue. “We monitor the health of every card and repeater in real time, so readiness is something our customers can verify rather than assume. Our partnership with SaferWatch is the next step, getting the right information to the right responders, in the systems they already trust.”

Punch Rescue’s panic button cards are wearable emergency activation devices designed for simple, one-button use under stress. They support multiple reporting modes, including testing and tiered alerting, and do not rely on a school’s Wi-Fi for emergency reporting. Long-life, replaceable batteries and visual status indicators are designed to reduce maintenance while making the device easy for staff to carry and verify regularly. The broader Rescue Platform gives administrators and responders real-time visibility into devices, locations, alerts, infrastructure health, and incident activity.

SaferWatch adds another layer to that ecosystem through its incident management technology and established integrations with law enforcement and emergency response centers. The SaferWatch platform supports real-time emergency communication, incident coordination, panic alerts, mass notifications and other public safety capabilities.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment by SaferWatch and Punch Rescue to interoperability across the safety technology landscape. As schools, healthcare organizations, businesses and other facilities deploy increasingly sophisticated emergency technologies, integrations between platforms can help eliminate information silos and create a more coordinated approach to emergency preparedness and response.

For SaferWatch customers and partners, the integration expands the range of panic button technologies that can feed critical emergency information into the SaferWatch ecosystem. For Punch Rescue customers, the SaferWatch integration provides another option for connecting Rescue’s emergency infrastructure to public safety.

Together, SaferWatch and Punch Rescue are working to make emergency technology more connected, flexible and responsive, giving organizations the ability to build a safety ecosystem around their unique operational needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
